Non-personalized items may be returned
within 30 days of the shipping date for credit. Credit is applied
for merchandise only, not for shipping and handling. Additionally,
non-personalized Christmas merchandise must be in our hands prior to
Christmas day of the year of purchase. IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE, WE PAY
ALL COSTS TO MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU ORDERED--NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Personalized items CANNOT be returned for credit. If there is an
error on a personalized item(s) we must be notified within 7 days from
receipt of your order--please call our toll free telephone number. We
are not responsible for personalized items where you provided incorrect spelling.
If you are ordering personalized items always double check your spelling of
the name(s) to be embroidered.
Starting January 1, 2007, returns must be
accompanied by a Return Number Authorization (RNA). Please call our
toll free number if you need a RNA. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any item(s) returned without an accompanying RNA.
We try very hard to represent and describe
our merchandise correctly and accurately. We try hard to make and
sell items that we believe are exceptional values. Please be aware
that, regarding color, your monitor may not accurately represent the
colors we work hard to present. We cannot be responsible if color
tones differ somewhat from what you expected. If you are trying to
match a color please call for more information or give us a Pantone number
under "Special Instruction" when you order. We will advise you of an
estimate of match, but we cannot take responsibility for an exact match.
Effective July 1, 2002, we
will use our choice of either Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
or UPS Ground Delivery as our standard method of
shipping. We have had excellent experience with
both systems. Most packages are delivered to the lower 48 states in 3-6

Overnight and Second Day shipping are offered, at our choice, by FedEX or
Express Mail, at
extra costs. Because rates for these services are in a state of flux,
we reserve the right to notify you of extra charges if actual shipping
charges for your order exceed what you were charged in your order.
Please be aware that the "Guaranteed Delivery" warranty these companies
claim are subject to their conditions of service.
Their conditions of service are so extensive that they actually take
little responsibility for packages not delivered on time. For
the same reason it is extremely difficult to collect from these companies
for damages or loss. For example, if your package is not delivered
on time because of bad weather, they will not offer a refund of any sort

delivered on time because of shipping companies' conditions of service. We encourage you, whenever possible, to plan your
order well in advance so as to take advantage of the value of our standard
shipping. If we believe our standard shipping methods will provide
the same delivery results at the same or lesser cost to you, we may opt
for a standard method over a special shipping method unless you
specifically request in your order that the delivery option you chose not
Shipping For A Few Products
of size and weight, embroidered bookmarks shipped to the same address by First Class
Mail are shipped for less than the standard minimum cost. The charge
to ship embroidered bookmarks is $3.75 for First Class Mailing.
If you prefer Priority Mailing the standard $7.50 charge applies.
Woven Oriental Bookmarks incur the standard Priority Mailing charge due
to the fact that they are packaged in a heavy weight plastic holder.
shipments are typically sent by Insured Air Parcel Post. This
method is generally the most economical for these type of
packages. The mean delivery time to many places to which we ship
by this method is 4-7 days. Unless special packaging is required,
we charge you exactly what we are charged by the Post Office.
Please remember that most foreign packages have to pass through the
local customs' office, and we find a lot of variability in the practices
of customs' offices.
Shipping, Special Services, & Specific Delivery Dates
shipping is FedEx 2nd Day Air. This service incurs a surcharge of
approximately $13.50 in addition to standard shipping. If you have an account
with a shipper and wish to have special shipping billed to your account
we will be happy to accommodate you for a special fee of only $2.00 (we
still have to make a label, fill out paper work, and pack your item(s).
If you wish to have a signed record for a Priority Mail standard shipment
package, please add $1.75
If you wish to have a package delivered on or about a specific date please
state in the comment box during checkout "Do Not Delivery Before (specify
the earliest date for delivery)." But please note that we cannot
guarantee any delivery dates, whether or not they are specified, unless
you opt for guaranteed delivery shipping options such as 2nd Day Air or
